For Small Offices or Home Offices with up to 3 computers and no server

Charges:

Minimum Onsite Service time is 1 hour (excluding Travel Time), thereafter service is charged in 15 minute increments.

Work performed in our Workshop is charged at the same rate as Onsite Service.

 

Travel Time:

For onsite service, we may also charge Travel Time at the relevant Casual Service Rate. For onsite service at sites within 15 Km of Robina Town Centre the Travel Time is 15 minutes. For sites located more than 15Km from the Town Centre, travel is charged on a time and materials basis. Long distances can be subject to agreement.

 

Helpdesk:

Helpdesk service is charged in 5 minute increments, there is no charge for general enquiries.

 

Introductory Rate:

The Introductory Rate applies to a new customer’s first service, including services at multiple sites provided all services are booked during the initial booking. Maximum service time per business is 5 hours.

 

Outside Hours:

Outside business hours the rates attract a surcharge of 50%. This surcharge does not apply to pre booked domestic users.
